The Refurb Co. (UK) Limited is an established local family run business that provides a wide variety of products and services with an emphasis on quality and care.

The company was founded by the Directors, Darren Jackson and Karen Davis. Both Directors bring to the company a wealth of expertise, knowledge and success in their respective areas. This enables The Refurb Co. (UK) Limited to provide a service that is second to none whilst maintaining that ‘personal touch’ and a very high standard of customer service that can be so sorely lacking with larger companies within this industry.

During the course of the work being undertaken on your property, you will become familiar with both Directors. This is because both Darren and Karen believe that a ‘hands on’ approach is more beneficial to the customer. By working closely together as a team, the Directors ensure that both the work completed on your property and the service you receive is consistently of a very high standard, queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently and excellent relations are formed with you, the customer.

This British Standard accreditation demonstrates our excellence in quality customer care and the procedures that we have in place to ensure that only the highest level of service is received.

Insurances

We are fully insured including Public Liability Insurance with Nelson Policies at Lloyds with an indemnity limit of £1,000,000. Our insurance certificates are prominently displayed at our registered office and copies can be provided upon reasonable request.

Guarantees and After Care

All works undertaken are guaranteed for products and workmanship. The length of the guarantee is dependent on the type of work undertaken on your property, but is usually for a period of five or ten years. Please ensure that you retain your Guarantee Certificate upon receipt and keep in a safe place.

It is also possible with some works to obtain an ‘insurance backed guarantee’. Please ask for details if you are interested in this option.
